Summer Time

Well its already the end of July and time to get serious about setting some weight loss goals.  This is more of a diary for health and nutrition right now.  I have spoken with a nutritionalist today and am going to start recording EVERYTHING I consume in a day broken down into the food groups for each meal,  2-3 snacks between meals, amount of water consumed, how many hours of sleep each day, how many minutes of exercise for the next 2 weeks and see where we are at.  My nutritionalist recommended an app called mynetdiary.com.  Looks like something that will help keep me motivated to stay on top of this calorie thing!

Working at the dental office the past 3 1/2 years, my dental health has never been better.  Just simply visiting the hygienist keeps the cavities away quite well.  I did have some crown work down about a year ago and so I can chew on both sides of my mouth which is nice.
